Exhaustion, Drama & No Stitching.
Well, almost no stitching this week, since we were busy packing up and moving 20 minutes away. Moving day was ok, but unpacking was filled with drama, yelling, screaming, hissy fits, damaged hardwood and sulking. (Why yes, it was the guys).
I did have a morning of just sitting around and when I looked for my WIPs, I realized that I'd packed all my floss. Just my floss. My WIPs were in a basket beside me, my floss was in a sealed cardboard box. So I grabbed the only kit I had and started it. Pictures of Dimension's Palm when I find the camera.
My feet still hurt like crazy and I have to put away my clothes. Possibly there will be more stitching time this week, or I may still be unpacking.

I have to say that moving sucks, especially when there are guys involved in the process. They can be the biggest babies! LOL
Looking forward to seeing your new start! And rest and relaxation are definitely in order...
Moving is so stressful and exhausting. It sounds like you kept your sense of humor throught it all.
At least it's over except the unpacking. Moving is such a pain. You'll be settled in no time though... just hang in.
I thought I was following your blog, and noticed I wasn't. I am so glad I am having the giveaway or I wouldn't have noticed. CDC will be amazing when it is done. Congrats on the move and good luck on the giveaway. You are almost at a 100 also. :)
A girl that was my neighbor years ago who had moved all across the country said her hardest move was moving across town and not across the country. Good luck with unpacking and finding your stash!
Moving can be so stressful, hope you get to play with all your stash soon.
Ugh; moving! What could be worse? :P
Well, many things, but still. Packing is such an effort--I hope your new place is nice enough to make it worth-while. :)
Hopefully you'll find your fibers and we can see some Minx soon? ;)
Sorry about the hissy fits
Hang in there :)
I also moved, last month! But I prepared myself, I separated some patterns and the threads I needed to stitch them, while the rest would stay in boxes ;) Lol!
