I worked on CdC this weekend, and had a bit of progress. Mostly I've been reading, watching Shah Rukh Khan dance on a train and avoiding that massive assignment that's due Tuesday that I haven't even started. *sigh*
Cirque des Cercles
32 ct Lemon Whip Lugana, DMC 115
I did however run across a small problem: I made a few mistakes, and when I frogged them the holes were red from the dye. Any hints on how to get rid of this?

Your CdC looks really pretty. Sorry I don;t know how to fix the dye problem.
Try wrapping some sticky tape round your fingers , sticky side out and rubbing gently across the coloured area , otherwise , dental floss through the holes might help. X
Love the color on that. Try a soft toothbrush and very gently brush the area.
I've always loved this design. Can't wait to see more. I've used the sticky tape method before and it worked for me.
te queda muy bonito .con cinta adhesiva por el derecho y el reves
Pretty colors. It seems like so long ago when I stitched this.
I do what Cath mentioned.
I've always used the back side of scotch tape myself when I run into that problem. It generally works pretty well.
CdC is looking good! I stitched this one and it was one of my favourite stitches.
Lovely! The colors are awesome Blu. I think there have been some good suggestions already.
I love the colors on this! I was going to suggest the tape on your finger method, too. Hope it works for you!
Oh, I hope you can get the red threads out, Blu--I have had luck with a little eyebrow brush (clean, of course!)...
I really have to find some of that DMC 115--pieces stitched with it are so pretty. I've looked all over here, but no luck--guess I'll have to order it online.
Tape! I love that color. Ok, you motivated me. Let's get something done by the end of April. Too much quilting or something!
Ooooh, very pretty
It looks beautiful so far and I love the color.
Visit my blog, there is a little surprise for you there :)
