Ciorcail

Now while working on CdC has been fun, I'm getting tired of it. I might do a couple of hours a month, but the Saturday updates are done. A big thanks for all the encouragement! And I'm glad that people have enjoyed seeing it so much.

I think that my stitching will be a bit slower. I stitched less than an hour a day this week. During the winter freeze I easily do 3 hours. But the hot summer weather makes me just want to go outside and lie in the sun and read.

I had the whole day to myself yesterday but it was warm and I didn't feel like stitching as much. The book came out by midafternoon and I was sitting outside! Forecast is the same for today so I don't expect much stitching progress either.
CdC really looks great. I loved working on mine but I'd also tire of it after awhile. I made sure I had a small project I could grab when I tired of it.

You have made wonderful progress on CdC but I can understand how it gets repetitive. I (as Lynn knows too well) have a bag full of projects and switch to the next whenever I get bored. Stitching should bring us joy! Enjoy your next stitch.

It looks beautiful. But I think doing this in smaller doses is definitely the way to go. Big projects can really bog down.

Beautiful WIP. So what will you work on now?

I am glad I am not the only one! Sweaty hands are not fun. I didn't stitch at all last week. No posting this July at least! Family vacation time is coming up too. I basted a quilt for hand quilting too, but that will sit in the closet at least for a couple of months. Enjoy your reading!

Beautiful progress on CdC. I almost always get tired of working on the same thing so switch around. Stay cool! ;)
