And then Andie posted this last December...
So I went to stash and started it the same day!
Celtic Spring
32 ct White Lugana
I'm only planning on stitching the lady and not the background/text. I plan on stitching her, and this conversion of Autumn. The colours are so vivid and rich. I don't care for Summer and Winter and unless I find a killer conversion they're not on the list.
And that brings my WIP count to 16. I think.

That's a very healthy number, love the colours on this one, but I'm a 70's girl and love every thing purple
I love Sring, and the autumn conversion, but I've only ever stitched Christmas... good luck with this WIP!
Those are so beautiful. Iknow you'll enjoy having them in your rotation. At least with 16 WIP's, you won't get bored!
16 WIPs! Wow! This one is going to be a real stunner, Blu--I would imagine she'll be hard to put down...
Oh wow that sounds like a lot but I probably have more than that!
It looks beautiful though.
With as much as you've gotten done with her, she won't be on your WIPs list long. I love these ladies, but am convinced I could never stitch them. They need to be on linen, and I can't stitch on that.
One of these days I'll actually stitch these charts. I think she kinda fell flat on some on the color choices she made for these, especially winter. I love the conversions people do. Can't wait to see your progress.
I only did the woman on mine and if I ever get round to doing the other I'll do the same with them.
A beautiful start! 16 - That does not sound like a lot to me, I wish I had only 16 WIPs :)
It's a gorgeous start! YGG! 16 WIPs... yeah, I've got you beat, but it's fun, right?! The addiction could be worse...
16 wips??? Oh my! Get those needles to work ;)
A beautiful start!
Oooh, I love those colours! Great start!
gorgeous colors.
She's going to be magnificent when you finish her! I agree with what Rachael said. I'd seen the originals before, but most of the colour choices didn't appeal to me, particularly Autumn. I didn't realize that there are conversions out there; the Autumn adaptation you linked to is so much more reminiscent of the season, with the colours of falling leaves, and it's lovely. I was inspired to do some searching for more conversions, and I think this version of Winter is particularly lovely. Happy Stitching!
