I'm undecided on whether the cobwebs are too faint. You can see them a little better in person, but maybe I should frog and stitch them in a light grey?
Those spiders were a pain. The legs all had to be stitched by piercing threads; not fun.
I'm reading on my phone on the train so not the best light! But I can see your cobwebs. This looks great - the spiders were worth it!
ReplyDeleteSo cute!
ReplyDeleteGreat progress. I can see the cobwebs as well.
ReplyDeleteLove your progress! I looks great.
ReplyDeleteHave you any thin gold thread to go over the cobwebs, allowing them to look fine and be seen.
ReplyDeleteI think they look fine but if you want to restitch go go it! Or stitch a little blending filament on top to give a light sheen like a real spider web. It looks great! This on is on my list to buy but it'll be a while I have to finish banners first.
ReplyDeleteSo adorable! I saw the cobwebs on second look. It looks great:)
ReplyDeleteWhat about metallic silver for the spiderweb?
ReplyDeleteI like the idea of blending filament over the grey. Saves frogging too!
ReplyDeleteAre you stitching over 1? I love over one stitching but it does make the split stitches hard!
