A Rash Confession

Part 9 of The Great Escape, came out today, and I actually got it done!

Next up will be all the background detail.

The Great Escape
28ct white Jubilee, DMC 317, 318, 413, 414, 415

This week's stitch is the Queen Stitch. And I do confess, I don't understand why so many stitchers have trouble with it. I found it easy. Of course, these Queens are tiny at four vertical stitches, so maybe the bigger ones are difficult? *hides from the irate mob*

  7. I do enjoy watching your progress on this one! I spoke to a stitching friend the other day and when I asked her about Queen stitches she also said that she didn't find they were all that bad. Of course there were many others who disagreed with her!

  8. Gorgeous, Blu!!! The big queens work the same as the little ones. Maybe some stitchers have a harder time with having to use a looser tension so that the vertical stitches don't pull? IDK... but I quite enjoy them myself. :D
